As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits strategies. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute comprehensive compensation packages, including salary structures, incentives, and bonus programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to design and implement employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies concerning compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs and propose improvements as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners in addressing compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Analyze employee feedback and conduct surveys to gauge the overall satisfaction with compensation and benefits offerings.



Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on designing and implementing compensation packages and benefits programs.
  • Proven track record of managing projects related to compensation and benefits, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
